This Refund & Cancellation Policy Statement is to inform you of ‘FTLG Farm Ltd.’’s products and/or services and provide information about the ways in which Refund & Cancellation Policy is applied on the products and/or services sold by ‘FTLG Farm Ltd.’.

We ensure that each of our customers is served in the best possible way and guarantee to provide 100% customer satisfaction.

Please note: The order can be placed anywhere from the world, but the delivery address has to be somewhere in Philippines for the time being, until we expand to more cities in Asia.However, if you are unsatisfied with any of our Vegetables & Herbs we shall refund your money. There are certain conditions that you must consider before we return your dues:

In case you have purchased the products and/or services more than once by mistake, then we shall be happy to refund back your money.

If you, before the start of Shipping Or Delivery timing, wish to cancel your order, then we shall repay your money.After the commencement of any Shipping Or Delivery for the customer, we won’t be able to refund. In case the customer asks for the refund, of any feature that is not promised in Vegetables & Herbs we won’t be able to pay back the sum.

Please note: There will be no refunds in case of products, if any of our product has been used once or the sealed pack is opened and more than 10% of product is consumed.

If there are one or more products and/or services with no complaint from the entire order, the sum for the Order will not be Completely Refundable. Notwithstanding this may be Refunded by ‘FTLG Farm Ltd.’ at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, agreeing to a refund of sum after deducting charges for servicing the Customer.

The orders are fulfilled via trading of  FTLG Vegetables & Herbs we do not have any manufacturing facility of our own, so we request the customer to check all regularities at the delivery time. If the customer faces any problem he or she should not accept that order during  delivery and he or she could contact ‘FTLGg.’ on info@FTLGg.com, we will revert you & provide adequate solution.

If the problem comes up again with the same product and/or service, we will try to replace the product and/or service first without charge
